Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping:
In the case of domestic shopping, your order will be shipped free of charge.
Your order will be sent to your registered shipping address within 4 working days by cargo.
Orders placed on Friday after 14:00 PM, Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday. Please check your delivery address before submitting your order.

Shipping and delivery conditions for Europe, USA and Middle East Countries:
The shipping charge will be determined according to your product and shipping location during your order confirmation. Your order will be delivered within 12 business days after it is accepted. Orders placed on Saturday after 13:00 PM or on Sunday are processed on Monday. Orders placed on public holidays are processed on the first business day after the holiday. Atelier 99 can not be held responsible for any delay that may occur in the customs of the country of shipment and the package deformation due to this delay.
